This website is operated by Mubiru Boehning Limited (MBL), a carbon consultancy based in 202164, Kampala, Uganda. MBL is responsible for the personal data collected through this website and acts as the data controller.

2. The data we collect

We collect personal data in two ways.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us directly, we collect your name, your email address, and the information you choose to include in your message.

Information collected automatically. This website is built and hosted on Google Sites. When you visit, Google may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and how you move through the site, using cookies and similar technologies.

3. How and why we use your data

We use your data to:

• Respond to your enquiries and stay in contact about your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you choose to contact us.

• Operate, secure and improve the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a functioning site.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
